Esplanade is a street in the centre of St. Helier.
The bus terminus is to the right. Most buses stop within the terminus building, but it was only designed for single-deck buses. Double-deck buses have to stay out on the street as they are too high to get into the terminus building.text/html2017-04-17T22:29:54GMThttp://www.geograph.org.je/profile/61408Malc McDonald49.177515 -2.099364WV6547 : Ommaroo Hotel, St. Helier

The island of Sark is renowned for being traffic-free. Only tractors and horse-drawn vehicles are permitted on the island.
Nevertheless, there is a bus service which operates up and down the steep hill which connects the village, around 100 metres above sea level, with the harbour. The bus is a trailer pulled by a tractor.text/html2017-04-16T22:01:46GMThttp://www.geograph.org.je/profile/61408Malc McDonald49.430045 -2.377332WV4575 : Gouliot Passage and Brecqhou

The Gouliot Passage separates the island of Brecqhou from Sark. This image was taken from Sark, looking onto Brecqhou.
Visible in the distance are the islands of Jethou and Herm. Just visible beyond them is Guernsey.text/html2017-04-16T21:46:39GMThttp://www.geograph.org.je/profile/61408Malc McDonald49.432463 -2.342821WV4775 : Low tide Maseline Harbour, Sark
